The app is installed on iPhones and iPads to access realtime sales, analytic reports, marketing campaigns, customer and related CRM data. The app is designed for use by retail store staff users. The app allows staff users to conveniently access reports, promotions, campaigns, product and customer data. Staff users can scan barcode on products to view detailed product info and inventory. Barcodes on loyalty cards (in Apple Wallet) can be scanned to view customer profile and related information.
- The app requires staff members to be provisioned for login access by the business owner/admin.
- The app uses the 'Camera' app to scan the barcodes/QR codes and therefore will require camera usage permission be granted when opened first time.
- The app also supports push notifications and will therefore ask for 'Push Notifications' permission.
- Staff users are assigned role(s), which the app uses to configure itself to display different functions to display and available.
- To find customer, point phone's camera to the bar code/QR code displayed on customers' loyalty pass in Apple or Google Wallet.
- To get product pricing and stock information, point the app camera and the barcode on a physical storage product.
- Customers can be searched, filtered and displayed, individually or in groups.
- The customer detail screen shows loyalty summary and recent transaction receipts.
