People allows employees in an organization to execute HR processes using real time communication.

Developed by People, the largest provider of HR Management & Outsourcing services across the Middle East & South Central AsiaPeople-i creates a customizable web of approvals and notifications between a series of tailored to suit the needs of each role in the organization. It is a platform for real time communication between employees and enables the following things:

1. Enables employees to digitally execute their day-to-day HR processes
2. Enables People™ to digitally provide outsourced HR Services
3. Enables a paperless HR work stream and Analytics

The mobile app is divided into 4 portals; a subset of the web app that comprises 14 portals.

Employee Portal
This allows users to create applications for Leaves, Expense Reimbursement or Travel as well as mark their attendance using geo-location. Users can also see a detailed attendance record and leave history for previous months.

Line Manager Portal
This allows users to approve any applications created by their team, as well as view the time and locations that they have marked their attendance and view detailed reports and statistics.

HR Portal
This portal allows users in your HR department to view and approve applications for all employees in the organization and view consolidated reports and statistics.

Admin Portal
This portal allows your admin team to execute administrative processes arising as a result of any of the aforementioned applications.
