Proquant Estimating provides estimates for the Domestic Building Industry

Proquant Estimating is a leading provider of estimates for the domestic building industry across the United Kingdom.
Thousands of building contractors, developers, house builders, self-builders and building merchants use our services to accurately cost building projects.
We provide estimates nationwide for a range of projects, including extensions, extensions with alterations, refurbishment, new build, apartment developments and conversions.
For each customer we are able to customise the cost of labour and materials in order to provide a true cost net cost of the build process. Contingencies and any profit can be applied to produce a final build or tender cost.
Our reports can be customised with builder’s own logo branding to form personalised estimates to be used as part of tender submissions.

This free app lets our customers view and download all their previous estimating jobs we have provided to them.
Customers can also view the progress of estimating jobs currently being processed through our system.
There are options to alter estimating settings for customers, such as labour and profit settings.
Each customer can also change Proquant’s default material prices for hundreds of core items to provide a more accurate true cost of materials.
