Revelation Contacts

The Revelation Contacts app allows you to access information for your contacts in Revelation helpdesk. Once you connect with Revelation helpdesk you will have a number of configurable sign in options. These include signing in with your Revelation username or one of the following single sign on providers - Microsoft, Facebook, Google or Apple. Once logged in you can enable sign in with bio-metrics which will prompt you for Face ID or Touch ID depending on the device.

You can search by name and have the results grouped by the first letter of the name or by company name. The list of contacts can also be toggled to only show your favorites or all contacts. The quick access bar which appears when a contact is clicked allows you to call or email the contact or flag them as a favorite.

The contact information screen displays details of the user including name, title, company name, work phone, email address and location details. Clicking the location details will take you to a map view of the location.
