Incident Reporting
This module focusses on incident / accident recording. It covers near-miss, accident records and ill-health logs.
Reporting and recording are legal requirements. The report tells the enforcing authorities for occupational health and safety (HSE and local authorities) about serious incidents and cases of disease. This means they can identify where and how risks arise and whether they need to be investigated. To be able to do this, details must be recorded - this is where our module comes in.

Subscription unlocks all features including:

Ability to store, email, print & edit all assessments
All data on reports unlocked and visible
- Subscription is available either monthly or annually
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable
