With the ability to have on-demand vehicle and location inspections available in today’s mobile world and the ability to document claims when and where they happen, RSIG and Lighthouse have taken underwriting and risk management to the next level.
We are able to customize inspections to our industry’s specific needs instead of relying on a customer’s competitor or an inexperienced field rep from a 3rd party company to complete the inspection process. As the leaders in risk management, we best know what we need to see in order to underwrite a risk and in live streaming the inspection process we save time and re-inspection costs by being able to drill down deeper and direct the inspection process. If a re-inspection is needed, we are able to quickly schedule that event and are not at the mercy of a 3rd party who will only visit certain areas at a certain time or will charge extra fees for expedited service.
