Sales-Buddy is a fast and easy way to capture new sales leads via your smart phone or tablet when you’re working with potential customers. To start, simply enter a customer’s phone number, or scan their reward card, using the Sales-Buddy app. Once either of these two things is done, the existing contact information on file will be displayed for review. This includes the customer’s name, address, birthday, “products of interest”, and more!
This means less typing for you, as you can capture a customer’s contact information in only a few seconds. Just ask a customer for their phone number or reward card!
After reviewing your customer’s information, simply push “Log Lead”, and Sales-Buddy will instantly create new a sales opportunity within HyperDrive CRM. If you don’t have a HyperDrive CRM account, it’ll send you an email notification containing all the information.
As you can see, Sales-Buddy is all about adding speed and simplicity to your sales process.
Not a More Than Rewards customer? You can still use Sales-Buddy for FREE! It also works with H-D CONNECT, DealerCRM, V-SEPT, Traffic Log Pro (TLP), or any other CRM with an email lead-forwarding or “drop box” feature.

WHERE DOES SALES-BUDDY PULL INFORMATION FROM?

Sales-Buddy pulls customer information from the “More Than Rewards Loyalty Cloud”, which includes data from YOUR existing point-of-sale (POS) system! Sales-Buddy currently supports HyperDrive CRM, Rider Rewards, H-D CONNECT, DealerCRM, V-SEPT, Traffic Log Pro (TLP), Talon ES, Talon 2, LightSpeed NXT, LightSpeed Cloud, LightSpeed EVO, PSN, ARI, 50 Below, Dealer Spike, as well as many other online data resources such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

SALES-BUDDY IS OPTIMIZED FOR HYPERDRIVE CRM

The key difference between using Sales-Buddy with HyperDrive CRM versus other CRM systems is when using HyperDrive CRM, the Sales-Buddy app will automatically create sales leads directly within HyperDrive CRM system. If you are not using HyperDrive CRM, then the leads you enter into Sales-Buddy will be sent to the email address you entered when you registered the Sales-Buddy app.
This allows you to use Sales-Buddy with ANY CRM system that supports an email “drop box”. So, if you have an email address which forwards to a “lead capture” account for your current CRM, like a general sales@yourdealership.com type of address, we suggest using that email instead of a personal email. This makes the convenient Sales-Buddy app compatible with other popular CRM systems such as SalesForce.com, CapsuleCRM, HighriseHQ, Relenta, Nutshell, Base CRM, and more!
