Small Business Community app presents an easy-to-use solution to promote local businesses by establishing a loyalty club and awarding customer points. With this app, small business owners can keep their existing customers coming back for more and get more referrals at the same time!

Small businesses are very vulnerable to both regional and global issues. When there's an event, small businesses were among the first victims to take an economic hit. Small Business Community was created to help local businesses overcome these challenging times through an easy loyalty-style marketing strategy.

Business owners will have their own version of the Small Business Community app, while their customers will have a different version. When customers visit any of the membered stores and make purchases or refer other customers, they get awarded loyalty points. These accumulated points are redeemable at any of those membered stores.

The customers can also purchase “gift cards” using their points or credit cards and end them to other members, in a safe and secure environment. This allows members friends/relatives to choose among several businesses within the community to use their gift card on, rather than having to stick to a limited choice of only a single business.

Moreover, Small Business Community helps to increase brand awareness and expand the existing customer base by making your business visible to other businesses and their customers using the app and its shared Loyalty Program
