Now, it is possible for your mobile staff to have everything they need at their fingertips using the Smartsite app. Using the Smartsite by Sasets.com on their mobile or tablet devices, mobile workers can access everything crucial to them like forms, drawings, photos, health & safety documents, company news. The app also includes some basic utilities such as calculator, unit converter, torch, weather updates and note pad.
SmartSite app is built to support mobile users of Sasets.com. You need to be a member on Sasets.com to use the Smartsite app.

> Security - Sasets.com is hosted on Microsoft Azure, providing the highest levels of security, global scale ability and integrates with your companies existing storage and security.
> Geo location enabled - Using the GPS on your smart device, you can view live on a map and record accurately critical information from where a near miss occurred, the location of your assets and even get notified when a person or asset enters or leaves a certain area.
> Offline Mode - If you know you’re working in an area with poor signal or just want to save battery life, then SmartSite has the solution for that. Simply download everything when you’re online and you’ll have all you need for the shift. Offline forms and updates required by head office will then be synchronised next time you go back online.
> No paper work - With “SmartSite on Sasets.com”, you can create your own bespoke forms with our simple online drag and drop Form Builder. The form will be there ready for the mobile worker to fill in on their mobile device. Once completed the data from the form will be submitted back to the office or even sent to your clients in multiple versions including a neat pdf or pure data ready to go into your own systems.
