Build your end-to-end event check-in experience with ease based on your event’s unique needs. Staff your check-in area for a managed experience, set up Onsite as an on-demand kiosk so attendees can self-serve, or use a combination of both. No matter which option you choose, attendees can check in and be on their way in seconds.

Control and track session attendance with ease

Onsite's Session Check-in mode lets you easily check attendees into and out of sessions, limit the number of attendees, and control who can access the session. Comprehensive metrics provide the data you need to award continuing education credits, track session attendance, and understand attendee behavior and interests so you can plan even better for future sessions and events.

Integrate attendee registration data

When you use Webex Events Registration, there's no need to sync or import data into Onsite - it's already there. If you want to use a third-party registration platform, no problem! It's easy to upload a list of attendees directly into the Webex Events platform.

Save time and go contactless with Fast Track

We make it easy to prioritize safety at in-person and hybrid events with the option to make your check-in process completely contactless. Say goodbye to long check-in lines by activating the Fast Track feature. Attendees simply scan their QR code, and Fast Track takes them directly to the confirmation page and then off to pick up their printed badge!

Simply let us know how many attendees will be at your event, and we’ll provide you with everything you need for your event check-in kiosk and printing station, including iPads, iPad stands, printers, routers, and printing supplies. If you’d rather use your own hardware with our Onsite Check-in and Badge Printing technology, no problem!
