SUCCESS Concussion Mentoring

Making it back to school after a concussion, no matter how severe, is difficult. In order to help you make this recovery successful, we're launching this mentoring program so that when you're making this great return, you have the right mentor who's been there done that, the right peers to collaborate with and the right resources to help along the way. We look forward to being there with you throughout this program and supporting your transition back to school. At any time you need help, or need to consult, your mentor, program managers and peers will be here to help out.
