Touri allows real estate agents or people selling their own homes to set up guided tours of their properties. These tours consist of points-of-interest spread throughout a home. Points of interest communicate with the Touri app by way of blue tooth beacons. When someone with the app gets within range of the beacon, they hear a complete description of that particular feature of the home.

Ability to select different homes using code numbers, or Touri finds the home at the user's location that has a tour enabled.
Ability to view an uploaded disclosure of the home, if provided.
