U connect is the new customer portal of Universal Life where you can have quick and immediate access to your insurance policies 24 hours a day.

Through this application you can have quick and immediate access to your insurance policies with Universal Life.

Through U connect you can do the following:
• Submit electronically your health policy claims
• Check your claim status
• Check your premium payments history
• Make useful printouts of documents (e.g. income tax statement)
• Check your policy effective/termination dates
• Check your policy benefits

Additionally you can have access to:
• All necessary documents regarding your insurance policies
• Change your personal contact details
• The contact details of your insurance agent

In order to obtain access to U connect, you need to go through the subscription procedure.
You can obtain a username and a password directly through the application or by calling 22882288 for more information.

The mobile application is offered in Greek and English and is available free of charge.

Compatible with Apple's Health app for integration of vital signs.
Healthkit permissions could be requested during an evaluation in order to get vital signs from Apple's Health App. Users are able to allow or deny access to Apple's Health App.
