يهدف النظام إلى إثبات الحضور و الإنصراف للموظفين عن طريق الأجهزة الذكية (Smart Phones) مع الربط مع جهاز BLE Beacon لتحديد موقع تواجد الموظف اثناء عملية اثبات الحضور و الانصراف.
The application Time & Attendance functionality supports:
1-Employee Enrollment
2-Employee Entry / Exit transactions
3-Smart Phones Features:
a.Camera – To capture employee photo while enrollment and transaction (Entry / Exit)
b.Location – To capture employee location while enrollment and transaction (Entry / Exit)
c.Bluetooth – To ensure that Employee in range of BLE Beacon device inside the building
Steps :
1The employee opens the mobile application
2The Mobile application detects the internet connectivity to the ministry server
3The Mobile application display employee’s info
4The Mobile application detects the location by scanning the BLE beacons
5The Mobile application enables Entry / Exit buttons
6The employee clicks on entry/exit button
7The Mobile application takes mobile snapshot
8The mobile application sends the transaction to the Server
