Get different proposals from Taskers by posting scheduled service. Chat with them, and compare profiles and reviews. Hire the preferable Tasker and track him when comes to you.

Payment is secured
Step1: Pay for work you authorize after knowing what the price includes.
Step2: Payment is escrowed by Wasta Pay. Release it when you assure that price coverage is accomplished.
