Welcm All-in-One is a visitor management system for iPad. Your securely accessed dashboard and the visitor sign in functionality are both contained within the app.
The app provides a great first impression to visitors with customisation options to match your branding. It allows for self sign in and sends notifications to your staff to tell them their visitor has arrived.
Welcm All-in-One is free to download and use forever with premium features offered on a 15 day free trial basis.

Pricing & Subscriptions:
Welcm All-in-One's premium features are available as a one-off lifetime payment or a monthly or yearly subscription. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. There is no increase in price when renewing. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
Requested Access:
Welcm All-in-One will ask for access to you iPad's Photos app. This allows you to customise the background of your virtual reception and add your company logo. Denying access will mean you are unable to customise these elements.
Welcm All-in-One will also ask for access to your iPad's Contacts. This is to allow you to populate the Staff List and add Hosts to your virtual reception. Denying access will mean visitors are unable to select a specific host whilst signing in. This will necessitate the disabling of email notifications. Slack notifications will still function normally.
