zapMYstock Cloud is a barcode-based stocktaking solution designed to automate and simplify the physical stocktaking process for businesses, replacing manual paper-based counting with barcode scanning.

Staff load existing inventory data onto portable barcode scanners or smartphones, walk around scanning barcodes on products and shelves, then transfer the data back to a computer for import into their business system.

zapMYstock Cloud supports most ERP/WMS systems or spreadsheets that handle Excel or CSV files, and is available on iPhones and iPads as well as dedicated barcode scanners.

zapMYstock Cloud reduces time and labour for stocktakes, with fewer data entry errors, improved stock accuracy, and the ability to conduct stocktakes more frequently.
