EI Empowered is a practice-based learning experience designed to help you Become Unshakably Human by developing emotional intelligence through science-backed education and real-world practice.
Emotional intelligence isn’t a personality trait or a one-time lesson, it’s a set of skills that can be practiced, strengthened, and applied. EI Empowered offers immersive, practice-based learning experiences called practicums, designed to move beyond traditional training and help people apply emotional intelligence in everyday communication and leadership.
Our flagship experience, the Unshakable Communicator Practicum, is an 8-week, cohort-based program that blends neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and guided practice. Participants engage in structured learning, live sessions, and real-world exercises that support clearer communication, greater emotional awareness, and stronger human connection. The EI Empowered app supports this journey by providing access to lessons, reflections, cohort communities, and ongoing resources.
As EI Empowered grows, the app will continue to offer additional emotional intelligence practicums focused on practical skill development for both personal and professional contexts. Each experience emphasizes awareness, regulation, reflection, and intentional action, helping users build emotional intelligence through doing, not just knowing.
