GoShift for NSW Juvenile Justice provides a platform to assist in managing their Casual Youth Officers more effectively.
Each Centre can connect directly with their casuals via the web application and book them via integrated SMS.
Casuals can update their availability via the mobile app, enabling the Centre to view exactly when they can work, removing the manual phone calling process and saving hours of time.
