LST Fitness is a school-based workout application developed by Assembly of God Leung Sing Tak Primary School. It is a workout competition designed by the teachers at school. With the motion tracking technology and your electrical device, you can join the workout competition designed by your teachers!

Push your limit, Challenge yourself
You can accumulate your scores, challenge and improve yourselves in the ‘Milestone Section’ in LST Fitness. When you reach the target score, you can receive a badge and scores in the Pointant App! Don’t limit yourself and go beyond the limits!
