All we do here is point. We use the Direct Pointing method, which is a process of looking at what IS; no prior knowledge or years of seeking are required. Very specific questions focus the attention on the experience of the present moment. This triggers what we refer to as 'crossing the Gateless Gate': an instant in which the illusion of a separate self is seen through. A shift in perception happens.

If you are a long-time seeker, or just curious about this, we invite you to investigate and explore what no self really is. This is available to everyone, for free. You only need to bring your honesty and curiosity. We ask nothing from you except your willingness to Look.

The app can guide you in your investigation. It contains 360 pointers, organized into ten categories. Work through them, preferably in the order in which they are presented.
The app remembers your position in the pointers when you close it and returns you there when you reopen it. If you feel you want to review certain pointers again at another time, you can mark them as favorites, and later apply a filter to only see your favorites.

At any point, if you want the support of a live person, join the forum and request a guide. The app contains a link to the forum, and the personal guiding is free, too. We guide because we are a community that openly and freely shares what we have been given by others that did the same for us.
