MeDryDive AR app is a new Augmented Reality (AR) application that allows you to convert static photos into video views of the most spectacular underwater locations of the ancient wrecks. See what divers have discovered exploring Underwater Cultural Heritage sites in Greece, Croatia, Italy and Montenegro!
Scan the QR code on the right of the leaflet and install the app on your mobile device.
Open the app and when the camera view is displayed, point your device at any of the AR-tag and enjoy the underwater exploration.
MeDryDive project aims to create personalized dry dive experiences for the promotion of Mediterranean Underwater Cultural Heritage sites using Virtual (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technology.
With this application, by using an interactive AR leaflet with underwater videos, you can dive into the past and embark on an exciting exploration of authentic wrecks and locations of Underwater Cultural Heritage in four Mediterranean countries: Greece, Italy, Croatia and Montenegro.
You can visualize incredible Underwater Cultural Heritage sites in:
• Italy - Protiro Villa, Underwater Archaeological Park of Baia
• Croatia – The Gnalić shipwreck, Island of Gnalić near Pašman
• Montenegro - Wreck Oresste, Budva
• Greece - Peristera shipwreck, Alonnisos.
Using the interactive AR Leaflet you can experience underwater exploration of the Mediterranean and see the exciting treasures of sunken ships and archeological underwater parks.
