set mixing anything you need to review with a few new sentences from your
book. Finish it and you're done for the day, with an easy way to keep reading
or find your next book if you're not.
- Quiet Mode: train your ear, no talking required. Nowhere private to
speak? Tap into Quiet Mode and just listen: you'll hear a word and pick which
of two close sounds it was (like ship vs. sheep). It's tuned to the sounds
you personally mix up, and hearing the difference makes saying it easier.
- Tricky lines come back. A sentence you clear in Needs Practice isn't gone
for good. It quietly resurfaces a few days later for a quick recheck, so it
actually sticks instead of just disappearing.
- A gentler start. Onboarding now gets you speaking sooner: pick your first
book, hear a sentence, say it back, and see your score. All before any
permission prompts. You can skip the microphone step if now isn't a good time,
and yes, whispering works just fine.
