After receiving my CIPP/US certification, I was frustrated that there were not more practice tests out there to help with my studying efforts. The CIPP/US books were key to passing, but like you, I was hoping to find some additional resources to push me over the edge and prove that I had studied enough and find my weak areas. This is the app I wish had existed at the time.

Whether you are studying for your CIPP-US test, another data privacy test, or just brushing up on your knowledge, this test provides three timed tests of 45 questions each. While these questions do NOT come from any particular exam, I wrote them to simulate some of the styles of data privacy questions you might come in contact with. Each question is categorized so after the test you can review your strong areas and weak areas of data privacy to concentrate on your study. You can also review each questions and each answer to refresh your data privacy knowledge; that's where this app really helps with preparation and knowledge.

I've also added a guide to study and learn important data privacy cases and FTC actions. You'll learn some of the most important data privacy related actions. The study guide requires two correct answers in a row to every question, so after just answering the questions and memorizing the answers, you'll basically have each case down. Its a great refresher before the test.

I recently added a study guide for state specific test in case that is tested on your exam. While there is too much state law to study every law complete, this study guide provides some of the important distinctions that will come in handy for your data privacy guide. The study guide will randomly repeat questions until you know each law tested on. Its another great review in the minutes prior to starting your data privacy test.
