• An administrator can enable the configuration of individual deletion periods for content in channels via the organizational settings for their organization.
• The setting can be made on a daily basis (minimum: 1 day).
• During activation, the administrator can set a default value.
• After activation, channel managers can configure a deletion period for the channels they manage as needed. The default value can be changed
• The deletion period includes both messages and files that have been communicated in the channel.
• After the specified period has expired, the content is deleted from the channel accordingly.
