Q: Can I use the app immediately after installation?
A: This app is for SoroTouch members only. Please note that prior membership registration and a valid User ID/password are required.

Q: Why is my answer marked "incorrect" even if the number is right?
A: SoroTouch focuses not only on the "answer" but also on "correct finger movements." Mastering the right touch ensures "authentic mental calculation abilities" that work even as numbers and digits increase. Please check the instructional videos for the "correct finger movements" first.

Q: What should I do if the beads don't respond well to touch?
A: You can adjust the bead size from Settings>Board to match your child's hand size. Also, the secret is to touch firmly with the pads of the fingers rather than using fingernails.
