We are a global learning community on a collective mission to expand our understanding of health. Together we learn, explore, grow, and hold each other accountable to making progress on our individual health journeys.
We feel that learning health should be accessible, affordable and experiential so we created the Foot Nerd Program as an alternative to conventional health degrees.
Our knowledge base (which we call the Sapien Code) is co-created by members of the community and constantly evolving as we continue to learn and compare results from our individual experiments.
We are a network of health nodes located across the planet and aligned on a set of core values. Our process is guided by critical thinking and the scientific method and together we create a hive mind capable of exponential learning.
Completing the program ends with a rite of passage that serves as an initiation into the global tribe of Foot Nerds who are supported by TFC in their work to spread the message of health through the content they create, experiences they deliver and one on one work with people seeking guidance.
There are no exams or grades in this program and the objective is not to simply learn health but to BE health. As Foot Nerds we lead by example and feel that the lessons we learn from making daily progress on our individual health journeys serves as the foundation from which we become able to help others.
