Silvero A.G. brings BitPolis, an advanced digital investment platform focusing on security token investments in regulated market, to private as well as professional investors. It was founded by Arca Capital to make available new investment opportunities through security tokens as well as traditional assets of Arca Capital.

BitPolis unlocks new investment opportunities in security tokens as well as traditional assets of Arca Capital. Silvero will be the first security token available on the BitPolis investment platform.

Switzerland based and legislation compliant

Silvero A.G. is based in Switzerland and aims to be compliant with Swiss as well as EU legislation. We sought a confirmation of No-action request from FINMA (Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority) for Silvero to provide investors with full transparency, compliance and legal safety of the token investment.

Secure, intuitive and accessible platform

Accessible on any iOS device or as a Web application with intuitive and easy to use environment, offering trading and investment management. The security of access is guaranteed by advanced features including two-factor authentication together with hardware-enabled security options as Trezor.

KYC/AML processes form an integral part

BitPolis will support all necessary KYC/AML processes with a primary focus on fast and reliable approval including visual verification of documents and ID-check in global databases (e.g. AML Watchlists).

Unique blockchain

To offer the best in class solution to our investors and partners we modified the Graphene 2.0 blockchain protocol which now provides fast transaction execution, improved security and state-of-the-art smart contracts. The tokens on our platform will use delegated proof of stake algorithm and will not be minable to ensure a fitted supply.

Proprietary decentralized exchange

We intend to implement decentralized exchange as part of BitPolis platform in the future after securing all relevant permissions. It will allow 24/7 trading of security tokens between all users directly, without the involvement of any intermediary. Trading will be enabled to all BitPolis users only after KYC verification.
