Budget Bal is a very simple application for balancing one's budget.
The basic idea is to have a list of items with a budget goal for each item.

Features:
* Can be used to balance one's bank statement by supporting transaction clearing
* Synchronize budget across multiple devices via iCloud (Desktop and Mobile clients can synchronize as well)
* Export to CSV via Share by Email, AirDrop, copy, or Message
* Payday trigger - works best for somewhat steady income
* Overage amounts - when maximum item amount is exceeded, the overage can automatically be transferred into another item
* Ability to see at a glance which items need attention via color coding

The overage amounts is one of the key features. If the specified item maximum is exceeded, then the overage amount is transferred to an item of the user's choosing.
