Easy Pension enables anyone to quickly calculate their predicted annual and monthly pension after retirement. Unlike other pension calculator apps, which are difficult to use, Easy Pension provides you with comprehensive descriptions for each input and makes the process as simple as possible.
Start by entering your three highest annual salaries in dollars during your employment. They do not have to be your first three annual salaries, last three annual salaries, three consecutive annual salaries, etc.
Next enter in the percentage factor of your pension plan. This value is unique to each plan and represents the percentage of income you get back as pension. This value is usually between 1.5% and 3%.
Lastly, enter the length of your employment. This value is used as the last factor when calculating your predicted income. Enter this value as years and months, leaving months blank if it is 0.
Finally, click calculate and you will see your calculated annual and monthly pensions, in dollars/year and dollars/month, respectively. Remember, this is only a predicted value and may be slightly off.
If you do not understand any of the terms the calculation is asking for, simply click the info button on the right of each label. To reset the inputted values on the screen, click the reset button in the top right corner of the screen.
