Why should I trust Extra with my bank account?

▪ We use Plaid to securely connect to your bank account. Plaid uses encryption and internationally recognized security standards to protect your information.

Extra is required to report both on time and late payments, which may negatively impact your credit score. *In order to transact with your Extra Debit Card, you must have an active, Plaid-compatible bank account linked to Extra’s services. Extra sets each Cardholder’s Spend Power based on a proprietary data-driven risk model, using objective signals to assist in the identification of those Cardholders who intend and are able to pay for their transactions.
