Regulated by FINMA with regard to anti-money laundering (AML) measures, Golden Suisse is supervised by VQF/SRO. Our operations are governed by Swiss private property law, which provides enhanced protection for our clients' interests compared to banking regulations. We do not engage in leveraging, risk-taking, or holding title to client assets.
