IMGC calculator app provides functionality to calculate MG Fees, Eligibility of a user for availing Mortgage Guarantee (MG), Amortization schedule, FLIP Loan based on input values (example: Applicant/Co-Applicant Incomes and obligations, Property cost etc.) .
This app can be used ONLY by IMGC employees and authorized Lender officials / HFCs / NBFCs associated with IMGC. A user needs to revalidate his credentials after a pre-defined period. Users can provide their feedback via ‘Support’ section. Detailed information on MG can be referred from the Resources section
