Getting started
If you are registered for Internet Banking, you’re good to go! To begin simply click the Install button to download the Macquarie CU Mobile Banking app. If you don’t have access to Macquarie Credit Union Internet Banking, you can register online at https://www.macquariecu.com.au/apply-register-for-internet-banking.html or call our branch on 1300 885 480 for assistance.
Steps to register your app for the first time
1) To begin you will need to enter your existing Member Number and Internet Banking Access Code.
2) Please choose your preferred method of authentication. You will login using
between 4 & 9 digits. Fingerprint and Face Recognition is available on supported devices only
Security
• Don’t keep your PIN with your mobile device
• Always log out once you’ve finished your banking
• Always keep your information secure and confidential. Don’t disclose your Member Number, Access Code, App Login to anyone
• Contact Macquarie Credit Union immediately if you have lost your mobile device or suspect that someone may know your login details
