Your data belongs to you. Not to us, not to third parties. Millio is a mileage tracker and fuel log that works without registration, without logging in, and without sending any data to external servers. Everything stays in your private iCloud or just on your device - it’s up to you.

WHAT MILLIO CAN DO

Records your trips using GPS with precise route tracking. If the signal drops, it continues tracking thanks to your phone’s motion sensors and advanced algorithms, so you don’t lose track of distance even in tunnels or underground garages. You’ll see statistics for each trip - such as maximum speed, driving time, and idle time...

In the fuel log, record every refueling, including price, volume, and odometer reading. You can enter the odometer reading manually or take a photo of it - the app will recognize it automatically. It calculates average and current fuel consumption from refueling and estimates the cost of each trip.

WHY IT NEEDS LOCATION AND MOTION SENSORS

Access to your location is used exclusively to record your driving route. Motion sensors (accelerometer and gyroscope) allow for more accurate distance measurement when the GPS signal is weak or unavailable, and to record driving statistics such as acceleration and motion detection. None of this data leaves your device.

VEHICLE SHARING

You can share a vehicle with other users via iCloud - family, colleagues, or an accountant. Everyone can then view the trips and refueling records for that vehicle and add their own entries. iCloud synchronization can be completely turned off at any time. The data will then remain exclusively on your device.

EXPORTS FOR TAXES AND ACCOUNTING

Export trips and refueling records to PDF or CSV. You can choose which fields to include, filter by period or vehicle, and export business and personal trips separately. The outputs are ready for tax returns and accounting records.

AUTOMATION VIA SIRI

You can start and end a trip using your voice via Siri, or integrate Millio into automations in the Shortcuts app. Intents support parameters - for example, you can automatically start a business trip with a specific vehicle when you connect to the specific car’s Bluetooth hands-free system.

APPLE CARPLAY

Apple CarPlay lets you keep all your trips under control right on your car’s display. Control the app safely, conveniently, and without distractions—all with a single touch. That way, your trips are always at your fingertips, no matter where you are.
