Getting started
New to this app? Setting it up is quick and easy – you just need to have an active online account with us and use those same login details to access your account through the app:
- If you currently do not have one, please register from the following link with your membership number at hand (please ring the Credit Union on 0207-928-7774 if you do not know your membership number): https://www.cusecureserver.co.uk/~nfsdigital/members/frm_pin_request.php

Request a share withdrawal, apply for a loan, change your personal contact details, reset your PIN/login password and keep up to date will all of the Credit Union news directly from the app.

You can even use the loan calculator to estimate what product/repayments work for you and click on “apply” to take you straight to the loan application where all your basic details will be pre-filled!
