- Exchange rates: The rate and fees applicable to your transfer are shown before you authorise/confirm the transfer. If funding is delayed or insufficient, the transfer may be cancelled and your funds refunded, or you may be shown an updated rate before you confirm.
- Transfer tracking: Transfer status updates reflect processing milestones; timing can depend on verification checks and recipient banks/payment providers.
- Availability: Services, corridors and currencies may change over time and can vary by customer location.

- New Zealand: OrbitRemit is supervised by the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) as a money remitter (FSP7721).
