Smarty+ is a mobile application developed by BNP Paribas Cardif in order to evaluate the state of your device prior the subscription process.

The app is exclusively dedicated to our customers wishing to subscribe to a mobile insurance offer.
Collected data are processed solely in the context of the mobile insurance.

To know if your device is eligible for the used phone accidental damage insurance, a complete diagnosis is done. To proceed to the tests, you have to download the App in the device to be insured. This application requires a Wi-Fi connection, as well as the activation of the Bluetooth and localization.

The first step will be to identify the phone you want to insure: brand, model, capacity and IMEI.

- Back cover
- Back camera
- Loudspeaker
- Microphone
