•SQFTApp can offer 100% upfront payments instead of dealing with monthly installment plans. Owners can sell or auction their properties.
•Minimum 1 % of the total property can be purchased.
•AS long as user buy in off-plan projects, the profit is guaranteed.
•Any one of 18 and above age with valid residents or Nationalities of UAE can start an investment with SQFTApp.
•SQFTApp will charge an extra 2% commission.
•you can sell your property whenever you wish. You just need to contact the customer care team. They will assist you to sell your property.
•KYC Document is mandatory for All SQFTApp users. It will take one business day to approve your KYC.
•The minimum investment period required by SQFT is of one year.
•There is a 4% gross yield/year for any purchased property. Profit sharing will be yearly.
•A registered user can invest Maximum of 99% on a single listed property.
•Any registered user can invest in multiple property at multiple times
