One month into the new year is already behind us, and we’ve continued to improve the VIMpay app with great dedication!

We have some big news to announce: the top up process in the app has been given a new design!

You will now be guided through the top up process even more easily: you will receive direct feedback on whether top up is possible in real time, you can now select your top up account even more easily, you can see an overview of your limits at a glance and, if necessary, you can upgrade to a higher Account model directly.

We have implemented these optimizations based on your user feedback and would therefore appreciate your feedback on whether the new flow meets your expectations. You are welcome to contact us directly in the app via the "Security" -> "Feedback" tab.

To make everything run even better, we’ve further optimized the app’s performance. We’ve also fixed small bugs, so you can enjoy an even smoother experience overall.
