Service Provider & Regulatory Information
Crypto exchange and custody services provided through the Wickie app are operated by Greatidee AG, a company incorporated under the laws of Switzerland, with its registered office at Gubelstrasse 12, 6300 Zug, Switzerland (Commercial Register: CHE-421.069.761).
Greatidee AG is a member of the Self-Regulatory Organisation SO-FIT and holds an SRO license. Greatidee AG is subject to the Swiss Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). Greatidee AG is NOT supervised by FINMA (the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority).
The Wickie app is developed and technically operated by GreatIdea UAB, J. Jasinskio g. 14B, 01112 Vilnius, Lithuania (Company Code: 306960939). GreatIdea UAB acts exclusively as the technology and software provider and does not provide any financial or crypto-asset services.
Your contractual partner for all crypto exchange and custody services is Greatidee AG. By using the Wickie app, you enter into a service agreement with Greatidee AG under Swiss law.

The Wickie Account is issued by Unlimit, which is authorized by the Bank of Cyprus under an electronic money institution licence to issue e-money and is a member of the Visa and Mastercard Schemes. Please note that electronic money products are not covered by the Deposit Insurance System of the Republic of Cyprus. Unlimit ensures that any funds received from the client are held in a segregated account so that should Unlimit be insolvent, clients’ funds will be protected against claims made by Unlimit creditors. Unlimit is authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Electronic Money Regulations 20011 (Firm Reference Number: 900885) to issue e-money. Financial services, such as our Account and Payment Services, are provided by our duly licensed partners.
