Medications already taken before their scheduled time no longer trigger a reminder — no more unnecessary alerts for doses you've already logged.
Multiple medications scheduled at the same time are now combined into a single summary notification instead of sending separate alerts for each.

Quick-Log from Notifications

Tapping a medication reminder now opens a dedicated action dialog where you can mark each medication as Taken or Missed directly — no need to scroll through the Today view.
The dialog supports undo, so you can correct a tap immediately.
