Activity Tiles
iOS Universel / Forme et santé
Activity Tiles is a cool and surprisingly motivational app for visualizing your momentum in certain activities and habits! But it's different! I promise!
Activity Tiles connects right to Apple Health!
You can create 5 Activities using data from Apple Health.
Workouts, Fitness, Sleep, Water, and Alcohol.
These Activities will auto populate giving you useful and motivating Tile Graphs from the start!
Activities created with Apple Health data will stay up to date on their own as new data is added to the Health App!
Of course, not all data is stored in Apple Health!
You can create custom Activities to track and visualize any type of Activity that is date based. For example, any type of consumption, or Yoga classes, Mixed Martial Arts, Language Learning, Video Games Played, Eating out, etc.
So get started earning your tiles!
~ You get Workouts and Apple Fitness graphs for free, the rest require the premium purchase ~
About The App:
This tool can help you quickly recognize when you start falling behind on an Activity you are tracking.
Connect with Apple Health and get useful and motivating Tile Graphs from the start!
There are lots of great ways to track behavior over time, and one of the most motivating and effective ways it turns out, is to show a giant gap of blank tiles on the home page of a person’s iPhone!
Sometimes we take a valid day off from something, say working out. Sometimes this justified day off turns into multiple days off, and then weeks off, and next thing you know you haven't done any workouts in months!
Using Activity Tiles you can quickly see when one of the unplanned gaps starts to occur. And there is a positive psychological component to making sure your graph is full and pretty instead of blank and boring!
