Ægir Iron is the strength training tracker built for athletes and coaches. From the high school varsity team to powerlifters, olympic weightlifters, strongman competitors, calisthenics athletes, and the lifters who just want to get stronger.

· Session logging built for the gym: Sets, reps, RPE, recovery, all in seconds
· Auto-PR tracking across every rep range from 1RM to 15RM. Your records update as you lift, with implied PRs (lifting 5 reps at a weight automatically gives you a 4RM, 3RM, 2RM, and 1RM at that weight)
· Time-based PR tracking: For planks, hangs, L-sits, dead hangs, and any timed hold
· Calisthenics PR tracking: Pull-ups, dips, pistol squats, cossack squats, push-ups, with bodyweight + added load handled correctly per movement type (bilateral vs unilateral)
