- Aera Pro now tracks your mood before each session alongside your mood after, so the Trends page can show you exactly how much each session, moves the needle, or your average lift over time.
- Completed sessions can now be logged to Apple Health as mindful minutes, automatically. The app will only have write access to Apple Health, and will not read any health data.
- After a session ends, a brief option appears to add two more cycles if you want to stay in it a little longer.
- We've also replaced the session streak with total time breathed. A number that only goes up felt more honest than one that resets.
