This app will provide fit tips and follow along exercise tips for seniors and aging well. Enjoy both standing and seated exercise programming to do in your home or if you cannot get to your regular fitness class.
The goal is to provide low impact activities for staying functional and mobile.
To have fun, our app has monthly steps competition, as Our App will use Apple HealthKit to get your steps , you may need to setup "Health" App first.
