HOW IT WORKS

Choose the apps that tend to pull you in.

Choose what earns time: pushups, squats, walking, steps, or daily goals.

Each rep earns minutes. Or complete a daily target and unlock your apps until midnight.

Add an optional alarm that will not stop until the work is done.

Your camera verifies reps. Health and step data can be used for movement goals. The goal is simple: remove negotiation.

Because the hardest part is not knowing what to do. It is doing it when you do not feel like it.
