Whether you’re training with barbells, dumbbells, machines, or bodyweight movements, ANVAIR helps you maintain consistent rest periods between sets without breaking your concentration.
Adjust rest periods from 30 to 300 seconds using the Digital Crown, with tactile feedback at 30-second intervals to help you make adjustments without constantly looking at the display.
As your rest period comes to an end, ANVAIR provides a subtle haptic cue at five seconds remaining—a back-to-the-bar call that lets you prepare for your next set. This is followed by a 3-2-1 countdown and a distinct GO signal, letting you know exactly when it’s time to begin the next set.
