Hydration is a key aspect of a healthy lifestyle; however, it is difficult to remember when and how much to drink. Hydrate solves this problem. With a simple and intuitive design, Hydrate make it easy to monitor your hydration. Using a revolutionary technology, Hydrate is able to calculate the ideal amount of water you should consume in a day. Hydrate, in addition to tracking your intake, also reminds you when to drink, so you can go about your day without having to worry about when to drink water. Hydrate integrates with the Health app, so the data you log can be used by any other app on your phone. It also uses the date such as body mass from the Health app to properly calculate the ideal amount of water to intake daily.
