MINDtick is a place to record, track, learn about and reflect on your mood and mental health.

Developed jointly with Flinders University and powered by goAct Health Technologies, this app is currently only for use within a restricted access research study trial. Participation (and therefore the ability to create a user account and access this app) is limited to those individuals approached by their health clinician (doctor, counsellor, psychologist) as part of the approved study recruitment protocol.

You must consent to the Terms of the study before being supplied with a Unique Study Code by your clinician to participate. This app integrates with Apple’s Health app to access information such as your STEP count data that may provide valuable feedback to you and your treating health clinician.
